Real estate decisions can be difficult and complicated, which is why it’s crucial to take an informed approach. Through this service offering, you can count on me to guide you in every step of the process.
A 4-Point & Wind Mitigation Inspection is performed for the homeowner when requested by their insurance company; typically a requirement when a homeowner is obtaining a new policy or renewing an existing policy. A 4 Point & Wind Mitigation Insurance Inspection is not standard “Home Inspection” in scope and depth.

A commercial property inspection can save our customers time and money, and most importantly provide a clear picture of the condition of the property under consideration. Our Commercial Real Estate Inspection can be customized to meet the client needs when requested. Otherwise we will follow the Certified Commercial Inspector Standard of Practice

If you are buying or selling a home or you’ve never had your home tested for radon, getting a professional Radon Test can protect you and your family from serious health issues. Radon is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas, and because of its nature, it’s in virtually every home in the U.S. and nearly impossible to detect without the proper equipment.

While most homes in the U.S. have some level of radon, nearly 1 in every 15 homes, that’s at least one per neighborhood on average, have higher than safe levels of radon. Prolonged exposure can have devasting health effects including aggravated asthma symptoms, increased respiratory infections, and lung cancer.

A Sewer Scope

Underground Sewer, Storm & Pipe In-Line Crawler Services

Inspecting a home before your purchase is a critical piece of due diligence that you should do as a building buyer. One building system that is often overlooked is the sewer line. Normal home inspectors don’t examine it, since it is buried in the ground and it requires special camera equipment to inspect. The prudent home buyer will always have the sewer line inspected, regardless of the age of a building.

Rest assured that GeoVen LLC. will find any leak whether hidden or visible. We are fully equipped with the latest FLIR technology to find all the existing issues as well as identifying potential future issues. The FLIR Pro helps you find invisible problems faster than ever. Whether it's inspecting electrical panels, troubleshooting mechanical systems, looking for HVAC problems, or finding water damage, GeoVen LLC. will find it.

Now, most people use those blue roof tarps when they sustain storm damage. There is nothing wrong with that. The dilemma is that roof tarps do not last for very long. The rain and the sun and the heat can cause the tarp to become flimsy. This equates to it needing to be replaced every three months or so. After a hurricane, the roofing companies can be backed up for two years as we’ve seen after Hurricane Irma on the Gulf Coast. There is a better solution. GeoVen LLC offers state of the art shrink wrapping to encapsulate the damaged roof and prevent further problems with the home.
